One of life's pleasures is to be able to play golf.Golf - a vigorous, clean, fun, frustrating and humbling game! Golf is played in some of the most beautiful locations in the world, and some of the not so beautiful ones. My friends and I are on a long journey to play some of the "Off the beaten path" golf courses in the world.
We usually play a couple of courses a year, so it will take us several years to pile up a list of these unusual courses. We invite you to submit your favorite "off the beaten path" courses at the link below.
We consider a course 'off the beaten path' if it meets some of the following:
- In an unusual setting
- Away from the madding (and tourist) crowd
- Difficult to get to
- Breath taking views
